How many records may we export?

For ongoing research and export from the browser, a volume limit applies per export. Anyone regularly transferring larger datasets beyond that needs a raw data licence. This is not a pricing question but a condition set by the data suppliers.

How often is the data updated?

Our databases, such as the ABDA Artikelstamm and the pharmaceutical price list, are updated every 14 days to ensure that the latest information is always available.

We only need some of the databases. Do we still pay for everything?

No. The ABDA article master data, the Pharmonitor and the AMNOG module are bookable individually. The most common mistake in a first conversation is that prospects choose the complete package when one package plus one module already covers their task in full.

What does switching from our current solution cost us?

To assess this, we compare your current data costs: every licence, single-source subscription and add-on service you pay for drug data, against the access you actually need with us. You receive the calculation in writing, whether or not you switch.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by bank transfer and SEPA direct debit.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription flexibly up to 8 weeks before the end of the billing period.
